About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant who will provide exceptional support to our clients in our private mentorship program. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with day-to-day tasks related to buying real estate and managing their existing portfolios. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their real estate investment goals, and your passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with day-to-day tasks related to buying real estate, including communicating with tradespeople, property owners, guests, and tenants
  • Manage and coordinate tasks related to property management, including responding to tenant and guest inquiries, handling re-rentals, notices, adverts, and repairs
  • Collaborate with our Portfolio Manager and owner to ensure seamless communication and effective task management
  • Participate in daily morning call check-ins/debrief calls to discuss ongoing tasks, address concerns, and align with the team's objectives
  • Utilize technology, including G-Suite, Line2App, and Zoom, to facilitate communication and task management

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service position or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Line2App, and Zoom, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent English language and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is an asset, but not required

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should:

  • Be willing to speak on the phone to tradespeople, property owners, guests, and tenants, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be eager to step outside their comfort zone, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Be flexible and easily adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be driven to learn, with a passion for real estate investing and a desire to develop their skills and knowledge in this area
  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team

What to Expect

As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant with RentalConsulting.com, you can expect:

  • Full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with flexible working hours (ideally starting between 9 AM – 11 AM EST)
  • A 30-minute morning call check-in/debrief call, Monday to Friday, to discuss ongoing tasks and align with the team's objectives
