Our Expansion in Virginia

We are currently expanding our services in the state of Virginia, and we are seeking fully licensed therapists who share our passion for delivering high-quality mental health services. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. We currently have staff in Maryland, Virginia, DC, Florida, New York, Canada, Venezuela, Jamaica, Africa, and Asia, and we are excited to welcome new team members who are eager to join our mission.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Virtual Therapist (LPC/LCSW) to join our team. As a Virtual Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families remotely. You will work independently, using your expertise and skills to assess and provide therapy, counseling, intervention, and education to clients in a professional manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully licensed mental health professional who is seeking remote work and is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families remotely
  • Assess and provide therapy, counseling, intervention, and education to clients in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, meeting audited and tested requirements
  • Assure continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients
  • Participate in staff development opportunities to enhance professional growth and maintain licensure, certification, or identified program performance skills

Requirements

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Virginia LPC or LCSW License (we will reimburse for the license after 3 months)
  • Must be able to practice independently without supervision
  • Will be required to apply for Virginia Medicaid provider credentialing
  • Will be required to apply for private insurance provider credentialing (United Health Care, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Cigna, etc.)
  • Will be required to conduct couples counseling and will reimburse for Gottman Level 1 online training course after 3 months of employment
  • Will be required to complete a paid ($200) 4-hour self-paced online company training course within 1 week of onboarding
  • Potential to progress to full-time employment
  • Work hours: 3pm-8pm Mon-Friday and some weekends
  • Will be required to conduct a criminal background check
  • Must be comfortable working with children and adolescents upwards
  • Must complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the encounter
  • Management of work processes along with strong computer skills for documentation purposes
  • Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Part-time: $75 per 1-hour sessions | $85 per 1-hour intake
