As a Contracting Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include: *- Helping Deals associates and participating in the shared service planning cycle and management activities for assigned client sections and records.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Deals, Finance, and Valuing associates to create, analyze, and implement essential record designs that maximize account productivity for assigned client segments and records.
- Creating explicit record information and understanding of contractual terms and actual execution to assist Deals partners in developing and enhancing account strategies, pricing, and contract language.
- Creating and managing account proposals related to products and services for assigned client segments and records.
- Collaborating with Agreement Chiefs to ensure consistency in all contracting efforts to ensure compliance and consistency with organizational goals as well as regulatory requirements.
- Negotiating small to medium-sized agreements and books of business.
- Fostering a comprehension of the competitive landscape, client issues, and business strategies that influence assigned records and agreements.
- Providing next-level management with contract risk assessments for assigned agreements.
- Recommending strategies to reduce/limit risk to the organization.
- Following functional strategies using defined philosophy and approach to assess recommendations.
- Ensuring that the logical system for proposal development is followed and presents action-oriented information for consideration to management.
- Creating recommendations and agreements that align with Divisional objectives and fair as well as Corporate policies and strategies.
- Collaborating with Deals partners in the audit and approval process for explicit record proposals.
- Ensuring account proposals, models, and pricing are accurate and complete as per defined service levels to meet internal and external client timelines.
- Presenting recommendations, benchmarks, and procedures to governing boards as needed.
- Ensuring that Analyst(s) supporting their records have an understanding and comprehension of the systems, functional cycles, and product pricing systems for each individual client segment to facilitate the development of effective recommendations and agreements.
