**A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion**
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your day will be filled with:
* Providing expert service to customers, resolving issues, and answering questions related to service, billing, and product enhancements
* Troubleshooting complex issues and finding creative solutions to drive customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including one call resolution and customer satisfaction ratings
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
* Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
**Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need to have the following equipment:
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
* Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
* USB headset with microphone
* Webcam
* Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
