**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer satisfaction
* Providing chat and email support to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Creating and updating support articles to ensure our knowledge base remains comprehensive and up-to-date
* Managing billing, refunds, and cancellations on payment platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
* Analyzing user test videos to gain insights into how our customers perceive our product and identify opportunities for improvement
* Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Helping to build a team of CS superstars by mentoring and coaching new team members
* Identifying and solving complex problems, thinking creatively to find innovative solutions
* Collaborating with customers to help them use our proxies effectively and maximize their benefits
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
* Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts
* High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
* Problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to resolving complex issues
