Job DetailsJob LocationAOK-Mountain Home Corps - MTN HOME, ARPosition TypeFull Time RegularJob CategoryEducationDescriptionPlans, develops, coordinates, monitors, and supervises all Christian Education Programs for a Corps including but not limited to youth programs; builds and maintains a positive relationship with Corps members, children, youth, and their parents; recruits volunteers to serve as teachers/leaders for various programs and serves as a resource to assist them in the same; ensures all programs are in compliance with The Salvation Army mission and ensures the safety of program participants; administers the day-to-day office operations to include preparation of statistics and reports, purchasing of supplies, promotion of programs, and administration of department budget.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education or a related field, AND three years' experience developing and leading Christian education programs for large groups, OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Bon-a-fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ)Must be a uniform wearing Salvationist in good standing based on program requirements.Certifications/LicensesValid State Driver's License
