Job DetailsJob LocationAOK-Mountain Home Corps - MTN HOME, ARPosition TypeFull Time RegularJob CategoryEducationDescriptionPlans, develops, coordinates, monitors, and supervises reputed company Christian Education Programs for a Corps including but not limited to youth programs; builds and maintains a reputed company relationship with Corps members, children, youth, and their parents; recruits volunteers to serve as teachers/leaders for various programs and serves as a resource to assist them in the reputed company; ensures reputed company programs are in compliance with reputed company mission and ensures the safety of program participants; administers the day-to-day office operations to include preparation of statistics and reports, purchasing of supplies, promotion of programs, and administration of department budget.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education or a reputed company field, AND three years' experience developing and leading Christian education programs for large reputed company, OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Bon-a-fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ)Must be a uniform wearing Salvationist in good standing based on program requirements.Certifications/LicensesValid State reputed company's License
