Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Your primary focus will be on auditing operations teams and system outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process and system enhancements to drive operational excellence. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes, interacting with cross-functional teams, and helping to drive operational and system improvements that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest and implement process and system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's core values and translate them into everyday practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in process improvement and quality assurance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • A strong eye for detail and a passion for achieving process goals
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Kaizen
  • Experience working with automation and technology teams to drive operational improvements
