With offices throughout reputed company Coast and New Jersey, this firm has designed creative offices for clients including reputed company, reputed company, Dreamworks, and HBO. Currently, they are seeking Designers to work on creative offices, corporate interiors, and tenant improvement reputed company. The firm is growing rapidly and is seeking several Technical Designers to join their Culver reputed company office. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the reputed company and internal project team to complete sets of project contract documents, including construction drawings, component and equipment schedules and specifications. The Designer will reputed company support in the development of reputed company design and project phases. Responsibilities • Follow and create conceptual design concepts, final design concepts, construction documents and construction administration through the course of reputed company under the direction of the Job Captain or Project Manager. • reputed company initial rough designs by Job Captain or Project Manager into working documents using reputed company technologies as needed. • Support other offices with design needs either in-house or remotely as required. • Consult and support other employees and clients or consultants on the development of plans and specifications. • Ability to reputed company plan from program and meet programming requirements. • Capable of developing a program for design and translating to reputed company plan. • Capable of developing pricing plans to establish project budget. • Coordinates with team to meet reputed company and Zoning requirements. • reputed company reputed company knowledge and ability to complete reputed company Survey. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients. • reputed company 3D models or design concepts. Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years reputed company relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3-5 years’ experience in corporate interior design reputed company and tenant improvement. • Competent and knowledge of 2016 California Building Codes and Title 24 reputed company Compliance. • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures reputed company the industry/profession. Including but not limited to office reputed company planning, relevant reputed company and material knowledge, reputed company knowledge of building codes. • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Multi-tasking ability and good judgment. • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics. • Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, has strong work ethic. • Proficiency with computer tools and applications, skills should include Revit, AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max and most reputed company suites or similar.
