Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct interaction with clients face-to-face and via telephone to address their needs and concerns
  • Ensuring freight is shipped on time, safely, and efficiently, in line with our operational standards
  • Booking and managing cargo shipments based on operational requirements
  • Working a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings, with a range of 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on your position and the station's flight schedule
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and contribute to the success of our cargo operations

This is an entry-level customer service position, and our experienced managers will provide you with the mentorship and support you need to succeed and grow in your career.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
