Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and effectively reputed company sourcing efforts with the organization’s goals.
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to reputed company the interest from reputed company candidates. Reviewing and processing applications on reputed company platforms in a reputed company manner.

Position Requirements:

Education:

• High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in reputed company or any reputed company field is preferred.

Experience:

• Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) is required.

• Strong research and market analysis skills
