Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include handling both incoming and outgoing calls, system documentation, quality control, and accuracy of information. You will be responsible for tracking all information, including system documentation and necessary logs, and performing basic office work as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls as it pertains to our client’s accounts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • System documentation to reflect all communications with consumers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review, quality control, and accuracy of information, ensuring that all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Tracking all information, including system documentation and necessary logs, to ensure that all customer interactions are properly documented.
  • Perform basic office work as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Follow all guidelines, rules, and policies for both our agency and our clients, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a customer service demeanor in all situations. You will need to be self-managed and focused, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity in a work-from-home environment. If you have previous call center work experience, that’s a plus, but it’s not required.   • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working from Home Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must reside within 100 miles of 2805 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75426. You will need to have a dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to connect to our Secured Assist system using a connection/ethernet cable. You will also need to have a personal mobile device and be able to pick up equipment at our office location as needed.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Reside within 100 miles of 2805 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75426.
  • Dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to connect to our Secured Assist system using a connection/ethernet cable.
  • Personal mobile device, with the ability to receive calls and messages.
  • Ability to pick up equipment at our office location as needed, with a reliable means of transportation.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $17.29 per hour, plus a health and welfare benefit of $4.57 per hour.
