Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative - Sales to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a hybrid Customer Service Representative - Sales, you will work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, and meet monthly sales goals. You will be the voice of our company, creating meaningful connections with each customer and introducing them to the latest technology, services, and offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
- Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
- Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of our products and services
- Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3-4 days per week in our Charlotte call center and 1-2 days per week working from home

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales, you will be eligible for a competitive salary, with a range of $708.00 - $757.50 per week, plus up to $3,000 in commissions per month.
