About the Role: Customer Care Specialist II
In this critical role, you will be the face and voice of blithequark, interacting with our valued customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely solutions. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the option to choose from full-time or part-time schedules, including day or night shifts. A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II
- Successfully troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process orders and enter data into our order entry system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Track customer packages and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for Success: Essential Qualifications

- 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact centers, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred).

- The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership.
