As a Full Stack reputed company Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems. As a Full Stack reputed company Center Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:- Handling high-volume customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.

Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
