• Collaborate with the production team to track issues in JIRA and ensure timely resolution
• Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams to enhance our overall content creation process
• Partner with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality
• Lead cross-disciplinary discussions to drive feature development from concept to completion

Essential Qualifications
