About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Outbound Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cloud applications and customer success initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor for customers; build and maintain excellent customer relationships. Gather customer insights and feedback, and infuse the learning back into the business organization and product place roadmap, ensuring powerful product launches and differentiated capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales, product, and/or engineering teams to assist the growth of partner and/or customer business organizations. Identify technology-driven strategies for customers and/or partners' success and operational performance.
  • Lead alignment across sales, product management, engineering, product marketing, and marketing teams to deliver solutions for the customer. Provide our direct and online sales functions with the system and insights required for success.
  • Create product demos and showcases for potential customers.
  • Be responsible for all go-to-market coordination.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in product management, cloud applications, and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 12 years of experience in outbound product management or associated technical/product roles.
  • 5 years of experience in building and launching technical products.
  • Experience in bringing tech products to market.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field or business-related field.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial environment, scaling new and emerging products from the ground up, and translating business organization models/needs into technical solutions.
  • Background in areas such as API manipulation, big data, infrastructure, computing, or developer operations.
  • Ability to work functionally and impact multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent narrative and storytelling skills that propel utilization, adoption, and market momentum.
