Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our mission to guarantee freight is shipped on time, safely, and efficiently. You will be the face of blithequark freight, interacting directly with clients in person and over the phone. This is an entry-level customer service position, and our managers will provide mentorship to help you grow and advance your career. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and managing freight shipments
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in person
  • Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of freight

Qualifications and Requirements
