Senior Manager - Procurement Digital Enablement
About the position
Responsibilities
• Support the Digital Roadmap and provide valuable insights for the Global Procurement organization.
• Lead onboarding bottlers into the spend management platform.
• Oversee data transfer, cleansing, and integration with platform teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Drive user-training and coaching on how to extract valuable insights from spend data.
• Design and lead short- and long-term projects addressing critical business challenges.
• Manage project tracking, prioritization, and resourcing.
• Develop and streamline intake processes to enable efficient solution delivery.
• Drive the continued development of baseline and allocation data across categories.
• Partner with Category Managers and core teams to collect and align data to standardized templates.
• Create secure, scalable solutions for data storage and governance.
• Maintain the commodities database, incorporating data from multiple third-party sources.
• Provide forecasts and analysis updates to Global Procurement.
• Partner with CEPG, GP operations, Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams to align commodity activities with pricing objectives.
• Build strong relationship skills to work across all the GP Towers and Support Category Teams.
• Serve as primary contact for insights providers, ensuring value and quality of deliverables.
• Manage onboarding processes and intake forms for new vendors and service providers.
• Serve as the primary data governance and data quality management custodian through advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Create and manage Power Apps to automate workflows and processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience with ideally 3 years of procurement/category management experience, including at least 1 year of experience in commodities ideally in a global consumer goods organization.
• Proven experience managing complex data models in a business context.
• Background in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of global supply markets, commodity price drivers, and strategic sourcing practices.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven leadership and talent development capability within multi-functional teams.
