About the Substitute Teacher Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Substitute Teacher to join our team in Holmdel, NJ. As a Substitute Teacher with Scoot Education, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience on your own schedule. We offer the highest pay rates among substitute providers, with up to $190 for day-to-day assignments and more for long-term assignments. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a variety of subjects and grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits
• Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
• A NJ Substitute Credential
• A background check and TB risk assessment (we will cover the cost of this)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination
