Key Responsibilities
As a Special Education Teacher Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting students with special health care needs and providing support with daily living activities
- Modeling good reading, writing, and speaking skills for students and providing feedback on their progress

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in special education or a related field preferred
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a educational setting
- Ability to operate a computer and related software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
