**Experienced Operations Support Agent – Night Shift – Global Communication and Translation Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Operations Support Agent, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Providing translation of customer-facing in-game notifications, social media posts, and other communications
* Helping to communicate game bugs, customer issues, and community feedback to teams in Japan
* Providing translation and coordination for communication between Japanese staff and US staff
* Translating news announcements, special reports, troubleshooting tickets, player reports, records, and other documentation
* Utilizing company tools to provide both direct and indirect support to customers
* Maintaining confidentiality of all proprietary information, including customer account information and network information
* Working non-traditional hours (typically 8 pm to 5 am and including weekends) to communicate with personnel in different time zones
* Performing other duties as required
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of a High School diploma, with a 4-year degree from an accredited university preferred
* Fluency or near-fluency in English, with business-level Japanese
* Experience with mobile and online games professionally or personally
* Strong writing ability in English and Japanese
