About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Patient Engagement Representative to join our remote team. As a Patient Engagement Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization by managing correspondence, inquiries, and written complaints. You will be responsible for coordinating written communications between customers, agents, vendors, and clinicians, performing administrative duties, special projects, and general tasks as assigned. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Document customer inquiries, disputes, complaints, or requests within various systems
- Review account records, files, and documents to obtain information necessary to resolve and respond to inquiries, disputes, written complaints, or requests
- Communicate with clients and customers as necessary
- Learn and apply applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Handle, analyze, and process correspondence
- Data entry with an emphasis on speed and accuracy
- Coordinate with team members to accomplish daily tasks
Other Responsibilities
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, and personal computers
- Report issues, make suggestions, and share with management any opportunities to improve the operation
- Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions
This job involves working on computers (and other office equipment such as copy machines, scanners, printers) and being in a stationary position 75% of the time. If you prefer to work in a remote setting, you will complete most of your job tasks by computer, email, messaging/chat, teleconference, and video calls. Alternatively, you can choose to work in an office environment, which is available at our beautiful suburban office park complete with walking paths, picnic areas, and free open-air parking. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
