We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our Fraud Detection team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in customer service.
Duties
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for callers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and data entry into the system.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Background check required
• Must have own computer with Windows 11 installed
• Wired headset (must be able to have prior to training start date)
• Ethernet cable from modem to computer to provide secure connection, no Wi-Fi
• Must be ready to immediately and fully onboard if accepted
• Paid training
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
• No experience necessary
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry capabilities.
• Excellent analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
