As a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker, you will reputed company traditional counseling services to Mountain Park patients aged 6 years through adulthood. Your work will help diverse populations reputed company high-reputed company care and ensure culturally competent services. Our integrated health model ensures comprehensive services for our patients, fostering collaboration between medical and behavioral health professionals. • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provides evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy, including but not limited to: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-reputed company Therapy. • Conducts individual, family, and couples therapy sessions. • Performs intake assessments, develops treatment plans, and update them with measurable, age-appropriate objectives. • Provides assessment and DSM-5TR diagnostics for patients referred by medical staff. • Collaborates and co-manages behavioral health care alongside medical providers and behavioral health consultants. • Delivers care in-person and reputed company telehealth as needed. • Maintains accurate clinical records, ensuring treatment and discharge plans reputed company with compliance standards. • Offers crisis triage and reputed company as needed. • Maintains regular and predictable attendance in accordance with organizational standards. • Travels to multiple locations during shift and reputed company a reasonable reputed company of time. • Performs other duties as assigned to support patient care.
