Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages, to prevent errors and delays.
- Conduct follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurately input data to confirm prescription coverage, maintaining a high level of precision and efficiency.
- Manage approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
