About the Role: Full-Cycle Recruiting and Talent Acquisition

Full-Cycle Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong candidate pipelines through traditional and digital channels, ensuring that we have a consistent flow of top talent to meet the needs of our clients. You will oversee the full-cycle recruiting and staffing process, from conducting intake sessions and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, assessing candidate fit, and managing the offer process.

Your expertise in talent acquisition will be essential in identifying, attracting, and retaining the best candidates for our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through traditional and digital channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct intake sessions with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Source, schedule, and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for client roles
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salaries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and build a strong reputation for our company
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. We are looking for candidates with:

  • A JD, paralegal, or bachelor's degree, although candidates with a realtor or teacher background will also be considered
  • At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a boutique recruiting and staffing company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as experience with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion
  • Strong self-awareness and a willingness to receive and accept feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and techniques, including social media recruitment and employer branding
  • Experience with recruitment analytics and metrics, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Certifications or training in recruitment and talent acquisition, such as the Certified Recruiter (CR) or Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) designations
