Job Overview

The Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience is a critical role at blithequark, responsible for guiding and executing the delivery of business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. As a senior leader in our product management organization, you will be responsible for assessing market needs, inspiring cross-functional product teams, and driving the development of quality products that add value to our customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with teams of developers, designers, and business partners to deliver business outcomes and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Strategy & Planning (40%): Develop and execute product strategies that align with blithequark's overall business objectives, focusing on customer and associate needs, and driving business growth through innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Delivery & Execution (30%): Drive product development by reviewing performance, directing work efforts, and ensuring products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities, while resolving issues and impediments that may impact delivery.
  • People (30%): Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and software development.
  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization.
  • Mastery of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis.
  • Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and software development.
  • Mastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment and overseeing multiple products.
  • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, conducting user research and testing, and identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
  • Experience guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting and managing and growing team members in a professional setting.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
