Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls for the reputed company center, addressing queries and requests from providers and members or their representatives regarding pharmacy prior authorizations, exceptions, and appeals. This role does not involve outbound cold calls, allowing you to reputed company on providing excellent customer service and support. Your duties will include:

Essential Qualifications
