About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a member of our customer care team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing solutions and guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions
  • Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen CLEAR's relationship with members, identifying opportunities to upsell CLEAR products and services
  • Assist members in managing their CLEAR membership, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with CLEAR's products, services, and policies, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and informative support

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability, including weekends, is a must
  • Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
  • The position is remote, but you must be based in Las Vegas

  • Previous experience in customer care, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
