About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Product Testing, you will play a vital role in our product testing and development process. Your primary responsibility will be to test products from national and international companies, provide detailed feedback, and participate in consumer panels. You will work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours and a competitive pay rate. Our company guarantees 15-25 hours of work per week, with an hourly pay of between $25 and $45, depending on the project. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required documentation.
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities.
- Participate in consumer panels and discussions, providing honest and detailed feedback about the products being tested.
- Use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses, as required by some projects.
- Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
