As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be working independently from your home office, so you'll need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented
- Provide clear and concise information about the Silver Sneakers program, including eligibility criteria, benefits, and enrollment procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and respectful manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and data entry accuracy
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
