As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through reputed company and efficient responses to incoming calls, emails, and chats. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 24 hours of work per week, with a schedule that includes every Saturday from 8pm to reputed company and reputed company from 8pm to 8:30am.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift

* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
