**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient responses to incoming calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with our clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and promote a positive and creative work environment. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 24 hours of work per week, with a schedule that includes every Saturday from 8pm to 8am and Sunday from 8pm to 8:30am.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
* Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
* Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
* Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
* Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results
**Qualifications**
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
* High school diploma
* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
* Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems
* Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time
* Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
