Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Remote Entry Level Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support to agents in the field, monitoring sales activity, and helping develop strategies for agent success. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to agents in the field, including training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor sales activity and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing successful strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address sales performance issues and improve overall team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, including regular check-ins, progress updates, and feedback to ensure everyone is on track to meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our team is always equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Leadership, Mentoring, and Coaching Abilities: You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of agents, so strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will need to communicate effectively with team members, agents, and other stakeholders, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Ability to Analyze Sales Data and Develop Successful Strategies: You will need to analyze sales data and develop successful strategies to drive growth and revenue, so strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong Organization and Time-Management Skills: You will need to manage multiple tasks and priorities, so strong organization and time-management skills are essential.
  • Experience with Sales Metrics, Performance Tracking, and Developing Action Plans: You will need to track sales performance and develop action plans to address any issues, so experience with sales metrics and performance tracking is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to perform daily tasks and communicate with team members.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Prior Experience in Sales or Insurance Industry: Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.

Job Type and Salary

This is a full-time, independent contractor position with a competitive salary based on performance. You will have the opportunity to earn a salary based on your individual performance and contributions to the organization.

Work Location and Travel Opportunities

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, excluding residents of New York, Minnesota, and California. You will also have the opportunity to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally, depending on your performance and the needs of the organization.
