Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pharmacy Technician Online Instructor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live online courses, teaching Pharmacy Technician programs, and contributing to the development of our curriculum. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online courses to students, ensuring a engaging and interactive learning experience
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Pharmacy Technician program curriculum, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Collaborate with our instructional design team to create new course materials, assessments, and evaluations
• Provide feedback and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a strong background in pharmacy or a related field
• Teaching certification preferred, but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a strong understanding of pharmacy practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in learning management systems, online course platforms, and other educational technologies
• Flexibility to work on a part-time, as-needed basis, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
