**The Role**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls, investigating and analyzing customer data for outreach, and providing problem resolution through effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
* Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, following set procedures and receiving instructions from supervisors
**Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills**
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
* Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
