**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by:
* Assisting clients in gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
* Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
