**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture
- Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude
- Surprise and delight each client by innovating ways to exceed their expectations
- Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions
- Manage flight changes and seat assignments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
- Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure
- Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, no later than 3 weeks before departure
- Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required
- Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate records
- Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs
- Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure seamless transactions
- Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which can occur outside of normal office hours
- Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Have a high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely
- Experience in customer service, travel, or a related industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with cloud-based CRM systems
