What Youll Be Doing • Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each students goals. • Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for K-12 students. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent progress. • Participate in virtual IEP meetings to share data and make recommendations. • Support classroom instruction through communication strategies and resources. • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Texas education standards. Requirements • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. • Active Texas SLP license. • ASHA CCCs required (Clinical Fellows not accepted). • Minimum of two years of school-based or pediatric experience (virtual experience preferred). • Excellent communication and time-management skills. • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
