The successful candidate will have a strong background in processing orders, particularly with EDI orders, and will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between customers and blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and blithequark, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Assist with EDI data entry, including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
- Process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Process incoming problem tickets from Distributor and Direct Customers, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience working in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with EDI orders, including processing and data entry.
- Experience with order processing, including purchase orders and invoicing systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
