Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

Essential Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including:

  • Flexible full-time schedules during our customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Starting salary of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period.
  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales.
