Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to work from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities

- Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls
- Utilizing PC and Microsoft Office tools, as well as navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrating proficiency in the use of help desk software and basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Following oral and written directions, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Complying with Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures, as well as United States Government contract requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
- High-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior call center experience, although not necessary, is highly desirable
- Experience working with help desk software and Microsoft Office tools
- Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
