Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift, working from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday. For the first month, you will be required to train on the 1st shift. As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for the daily input of all time and production data into the Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports to management, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot erroneous data. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input time and production data for all distribution center associates into the Blue Chip computer system, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors.
  • Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program, as well as calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards.
  • Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to distribution center management and payroll staff on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Analyze system output to identify and troubleshoot erroneous data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
  • Maintain files and paperwork in accordance with established procedures, rotating files periodically for storage.
  • Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Essential Qualifications and Special Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and special skills:

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience, with a strong background in data entry and record-keeping.
  • 10-key experience, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs, as required.
