**Experienced IT Support Technician – Data Entry and Remote Access Specialist**

As a key member of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure, working remotely to provide top-notch support to our end-users.
**Why You'll Love This Job**
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and collaborating with other departments to address system-related issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability, as well as remote and broadband network access for workstations.
**What You'll Do**
* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
* Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
* Collaborate with other departments to address system-related issues
* Maintain remote access for VPN availability, as well as remote and broadband network access for workstations
* Recover data from hard drives or perform data relocation
* Introduce and design local and network-based printers
* Perform safeguard support
* Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required
**All You'll Need for Success**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Software Engineering, Data Systems, or equivalent work experience and training
* 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving different PC workstation software and hardware issues
* First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
* A+ certification
* MCSE/MCP or equivalent
* Past IT foundation experience in an aircraft/airport climate
* Familiarity with work process and tagging frameworks
* Knowledge of VPN networks and the ability to investigate issues
* Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
