Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages while also performing data entry tasks with accuracy and precision. You will work closely with our team of pharmacists, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner * Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and precision, including entering patient and medication information into our electronic health records system * Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner * Collaborate with our team of pharmacists and prescribers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our patients receive the best possible care * Utilize our electronic health records system to access patient information and update records as necessary * Set up and manage patient profiles, including demographic and insurance information * Handle patient medication requests and refill orders in accordance with HIPAA guidelines * Investigate and resolve missing medication data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web search skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a team of dedicated professionals * The opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives through better health **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
