We're seeking a highly skilled and team-oriented Remote LTC Data Entry Technician to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of prescription orders and medical records. Position Details

* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9:30 PM, with every other Saturday and reputed company, 9 AM to 5:30 PM * **Location:** Must currently live in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI * **Requirements:** FrameWorks LTC experience is required, with Docutrack experience being a plus

Responsibilities

As a Remote LTC Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting physician's offices as needed for reputed company authorization * Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed * Processing reputed company new and reputed company prescriptions * Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, reputed company, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards * Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to the manager * Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for reputed company and tracking status in the system * Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * Assisting with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests * Providing backup support to other pharmacy reputed company based on business needs or production reputed company * Answering incoming calls promptly and providing a high reputed company of customer service to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements * Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred * Frameworks and Docutrack experience is preferred * The ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Pharmacy data entry experience, with a minimum of one year * Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
