As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and growth. **Job Summary** We're seeking a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant to support our Sales Associates in researching contact information, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. This is a part-time position, up to 28 hours per week, with a preferred schedule of 8:30am-3:00pm (M-W) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Th-F). The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast and accurate typing skills, and moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll be responsible for: * Researching contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnels * Setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients * Making introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates * Performing general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing in a timely and accurate fashion * Assisting with special projects as assigned * Performing other related duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Fast and accurate typing skills * Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence * A commitment to excellence and high standards * Acute attention to detail * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow * Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels * Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in data entry, research, or customer service * Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools * Familiarity with blithequark's products and services **Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies: * Problem Solving: Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem-solving situations * Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments * Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed * Organizational Support: Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity **Physical Demands & Work Environment** This role requires: * Occasional standing * Continual sitting and utilization of hand and finger dexterity * Continual talking or hearing * Continual utilization of visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication * Occasional lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 25 pounds **Reasonable Accommodations** blithequark is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
