Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours and live within 150 miles of Nashville, Tennessee, while enjoying the benefits of remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Support members in understanding their services and options, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and blithequark's products and services
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer information

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence to customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
