**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift**

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for our company every single day. We're looking for team members who are not only team-oriented, but also highly motivated, with the ability to work independently to solve unique problems. **Schedule and Work Environment**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work a 4-day weekend schedule, with 10-hour shifts each day. The schedule will be as follows:
* Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
* Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
* Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
* Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
We offer flexibility in the schedule per day, and we'll provide all the necessary equipment for you to work from home. You'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. In addition to your hourly wage, you'll also receive:
* 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience required; experience in the retail or e-commerce industry a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of the lighting industry or related fields
* Experience with live chat or phone support software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
