**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the blithequark Retail Media Network, you will have a direct impact on the success of our clients and the growth of our business. You will engage with clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to formulate media plans, develop test and learn plans, and elevate client understanding of the blithequark customer.
**What You Will Do**
As a Manager of Customer Insights, you will be responsible for:
* Creating annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported
* Leading Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients
* Serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting for internal partners and external clients and agencies
* Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments
* Regularly delivering recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
* Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
* Telling data stories that support sales pitches and case studies
* Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams
* Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the blithequark Retail Media Network and the whole of the blithequark retail media business
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
* 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
* Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
* Experience with A/B testing
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* A Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
* Experience leading teams and driving business impact
* Experience managing global teams
* Experience working in a retail environment
* Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. blithequark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
