As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support efforts, working closely with our crew to ensure every guest receives the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone and text, managing a moderate call volume, and ensuring every customer receives accurate and timely information. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly. * Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries. * Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary. * Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed. * Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed. * Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members. * Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You'll also need to be a strong problem-solver, able to remain calm under pressure and think critically. Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems is essential, as is the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
